As a product designer, I've been involved in the entire design process from conducting research and generating ideas to devising strategies, creating prototypes, conducting usability testing, designing visuals, and overseeing implementation.

SETH

Shell Supplier Energy
Transition hub

SETH is a digital platform that enables Shell to gain a deeper understanding of its supply chain emissions. I lead the design of the entire design process, from the MVP phase to release. My responsibilities included the following:

- Conducting discovery and ideation sessions to identify the product's features and functionalities
- Conducting both qualitative and quantitative research 
- Creating prototypes to test the product's functionality and usability
- Conducting extensive usability testing to improve UX
- Design user interaction/interface for intuitive experience

Amex card authentication

As part of the American Express mobile app team, I played a key role in enhancing the mobile card activation experience for first-time users. My responsibilities included the following:

- Conducting discovery and ideation activities to gather insights and generate ideas
- Creating prototypes to test and refine the activation process
- Collaborating with the Amex research team to conduct usability testing, ensuring the activation process met user needs and expectations
- Designing the user interaction and interface to create a seamless and intuitive card activation experience.

Olive reports

Olive Reports is a platform designed to provide automated weekly reporting to clients, showcasing media plan performance. As the lead designer, I was responsible for re-designing the user experience to increase platform adoption. My responsibilities included the following: 

- Conduct discovery and ideation sessions to gather insights and generate ideas for improving the user experience
- Conduct both qualitative & quantitative research to gain an in-depth understanding of the user's needs and pain points
- Create prototypes to test and validate new design solutions
- Design the interface to create a seamless and intuitive user experience

As part of the design team, I contributed to the development of a mobile application that provides users with the ability to monitor and control their house's temperature, lighting, and water heating. My responsibilities included the following:

- Engage in discovery and ideation sessions to gather insights and generate ideas for the product's features and functionalities
- Create prototypes to test and validate the product's functionality and usability
- Design the user interaction and interface to create a seamless and intuitive user experience, ensuring that users could easily monitor and control their home's temperature, lighting, and water heating.

London.gov

The website of the Mayor of London and Greater London Authority is a responsive web presence, which successfully works across multiple devices and contexts. As part of the design team, I was involved in the design of the website, with a focus on the 'In my area' feature. Specifically, my contributions to the project included:

- Engage in ideation sessions for the 'In my area' feature. 
- Create prototypes to test and refine the tool's functionality and design.
- Design the user interaction and interface to create a seamless and intuitive user experience, enabling users to easily access information about their local area.

eQ online banking

As part of the design team, I contributed to the re-design of the electronic banking system - eQ, that provides users with information on cash accounts and fixed-term deposits. This platform meets the needs of financial intermediaries, institutional clients, and corporate clients. My specific contributions to the project included:

- Engaging in discovery and ideation activities to gather insights and generate ideas
- Creating prototypes to test and refine the system's functionality and user interface.
- Designing the user interaction and interface to create a seamless and intuitive user experience, enabling users to easily access and manage their banking information.
